Then you exchange ideas with your potential manager in an initial telephone\/video call.<\/pee> Getting to know each other personally<\/span> For both sides, the first impression is suitable after the call or we start directly with a personal meeting. You will receive an invitation to one of our locations or to a video call and will get to know your potential manager as well as your team members.<\/pee> Decision<\/span> We want to start into the future together? A professional coach accompanies you during this time and is at your side in addition to the colleagues of the Human Resources Department for all questions you may have.<\/p>\n
