We focus on Business Solution deployments leveraging Enterprise Content Services platforms for clients in the Life Sciences Industry. fme is widely regarded as a leader in providing business consulting, systems integration and ongoing support services focused on Content Services and its applicability to business-critical solutions including RIM, Regulatory, Clinical and QMS. In addition we are partnered with the leading Business Solutions and ECM vendors supporting the Life Sciences Industry, including Veeva, OpenText/Documentum, Generis (Cara), Sparta and Alfresco.

Your challenge

  • Acquisition and closing strategic deals from lead to close as well as strategic and tactical territory planning
  • Ensure compliance with company Sales process SOPs
  • Closely and effectively Collaboration across all internal teams and resources to ensure the best outcome for our clients
  • Acquiring potential customers using various sales methodologies and executing every stage of the sales process
  • Accurate and timely forecasting capabilities throughout the sales cycle
  • Analyze data and sales statistics and translate findings into better solutions

Your profile

  • Five (5+) years of proven direct sales experience, with exposure to closing at the C-Level suite
  • Experience negotiating at the C-level and Senior level as well as experience of success in selling software solutions and services
  • Superior negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts
  • Results-oriented and creative thinking along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance as well as with teams in a collaborative environment
  • BA/BS or equivalent preferably in business, medical or biological related field but not required
  • Willingness to travel to clients internationally and potentially across the US, if necessary
