We focus on Business Solution deployments leveraging Enterprise Content Services platforms for clients in the Life Sciences Industry. fme is widely regarded as a leader in providing business consulting, systems integration and ongoing support services focused on Content Services and its applicability to business-critical solutions including RIM, Regulatory, Clinical and QMS. In addition we are partnered with the leading Business Solutions and ECM vendors supporting the Life Sciences Industry, including Veeva, OpenText/Documentum, Generis (Cara), Sparta and Alfresco.

Your challenge

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships and identify additional services within existing projects/groups
  • Upselling new solutions to existing target and key accounts
  • Presenting effective sales pitches for new solutions and communicating the benefits to our customers
  • Develop leads based on networking and/or managed campaigns
  • Assist in resolving customer issues that arise during projects and/or the sales process
  • Analyze data and sales statistics and translate findings into better solutions

Your profile

  • Five (5+) years of proven direct sales experience, with exposure to closing at the C-Level suite
  • B.A./B.S. or equivalent preferably in business, medical or biological related field
  • Proven results of overachieving sales goals and quota
  • Results-oriented and creative thinking along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance as well as with teams in a collaborative environment
  • Willingness to travel to clients internationally and potentially across the US, if necessary
