Job description

In this Sales Account Manager role you will be responsible for:
  • Creating and fostering positive customer relationships
  • Networking to identify addition services within existing projects/groups
  • Upselling new products/solutions into current target and key accounts
  • Presenting effective sales pitches for new solution and communcating value to our customers
  • Develop leads based on networking and/or managed campaigns
  • Meeting assigned sales quota
  • Assist in resolving customer issues that arise during projects and/or the sales process
  • Maintaining CRM updates for accounts/opportunities/lead based on Sales Leadership requirements
  • Meeting internal process and certification
Relationships and roles - internal / external
  • Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the client, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships
  • This is a remote role

Qualifications and skills required

  • Five (5+) years of proven direct sales experience, with exposure to closing at the C-Level suite
  • BA/BS or equivalent preferably in business, medical or biological related field but not required
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Proven results of overachieving sales goals
  • Results-driven, action-oriented, effective implementer
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as masterful client presentations skills
  • Creative thinking, high energy levels and attentive to detail
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance as well as with teams in a collaborative environment
  • Travel to client sites internationally and potentially across the US, if necessary
