Associate Consultant

As a career starter without professional experience or a young professional with initial professional experience, you will start with us as an Associate Consultant. That way you will gain project experience, get to know our customers and continuously qualify yourself.

Consultant

After 1 – 2 years, the development to become a Consultant follows. Through your qualification you actively help to shape our projects and our customer relationships.

Senior Consultant

After approx. 4 years and appropriate professional suitability, the role of a Senior Consultant follows. You are a sought-after Consultant in our project teams and at our customers. You act entrepreneurially in your area of responsibility and actively shape the future of fme. At this career level, it becomes clear whether you want to develop in the direction of Principal Consultant or Managing Consultant.

Principal Consultant

As a Principal Consultant, you will lead complex projects, introduce innovative topics to customers and manage solid partnerships. Due to your in-depth professional knowledge, you play an expert role at fme.

Managing Consultant

As a Managing Consultant, you will take over the management of your own team in addition to your work on the project. Depending on personal suitability and vacant positions, the development to Business Unit Director is possible.
