Your first contact You need more information or have questions about a job? Then feel free to call us or send us an e-mail to personal@fme.de.
Your application - first impression You have different options to apply with us. Use the online application form in our recruiting portal or send us your documents by e-mail to personal@fme.de. You will receive feedback on your application within one week.
The cover letter - is it really necessary? Clearly, yes and no 😉 Convince us of your fme-fit in a short motivation letter.
First call We have checked your documents and your profile matches the position. Then you exchange ideas with your potential manager in an initial telephone/video call.
Getting to know each other personally For both sides, the first impression is suitable after the call or we start directly with a personal meeting. You will receive an invitation to one of our locations or to a video call and will get to know your potential manager as well as your team members.

What to expect
Our onboarding process
A smooth start has priority A for us! Your individually tailored induction plan will guide you through the important induction phase. A professional coach accompanies you during this time and is at your side in addition to the colleagues of the Human Resources Department for all questions you may have.
Feedback is particularly important to us – that’s why there is a regular exchange between you and your manager and we regularly survey the satisfaction of our employees.
During your first two days at fme, you will be equipped with the previously selected devices and receive an intensive ramp-up into our internal systems. Of course, there are all kinds of useful and informative things to get you started, of which we also give you a first impression.
For this you will be invited to our headquarters in Braunschweig. Together with any other new employees, you will already get to know your first colleagues, structures and processes. During this time, friendships usually develop that last an (fme) lifetime.
Afterwards, you start in the technical training in your team, usually directly in the customer project – you will not be thrown into the cold water, but actively supported by your colleagues.
