You have the first important degree of your life (almost) in your pocket and know that “HTML”, “Java” and “MySQL” are not planets in distant galaxies. Do you enjoy analyzing problems, developing solutions and finally implementing them? Then you are exactly right with us!
Tired of studying?
In your opinion, your studies have nothing to do with software development and are far too theoretical? Take advantage of your opportunity to supervise projects on your own initiative as an apprentice and get directly involved in practical work.

We train you
IT specialist for application development (m/f/d)
With us you learn the conception and implementation of customer-specific software solutions. This also includes testing, adaptation and documentation of existing applications. Of course, it is also important to learn how projects are planned, carried out and controlled. By working on your own small projects, you will gradually be introduced to independent implementation true to the motto »learning by doing«. Here you will be guided by experienced Consultants as part of the mentoring program.
IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d)
As IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) you will learn how to design, implement and administer complex IT and communication systems.
You support and take over tasks in 1st and 2nd level support and take care of our network infrastructure.
Your tasks also include client and server administration and maintenance.
The most important requirements
- At least a good secondary school certificate (Realschulabschluss)
- Good knowledge of mathematics and English
- Ideally, initial experience with IT systems / application development or hardware and software
And what happens next?
Since you, as an apprentice, already support our project teams from the 2nd year of your apprenticeship and set yourself a technological focus, we will take you on after the end of your apprenticeship if it suits both sides.
In recent years, we have taken on almost 100% of our apprentices as young professionals or continued to employ them as working students.
